Description
DescriptionThere are two different types of composters, the Enviro Cycle and the Soilsaver, available at the City of Barrie's Environmental Centre, at 272 Ferndale Drive N, Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am-4 pm, to Barrie residents only  
 
The City of Barrie's Truckload Backyard Composter and Rain Barrel Sale will be held on May 3rd, 2014 from 8:00am - 3:00pm.  
 
"Free Garden EARTH" Backyard Composters: $20 
"Free Garden RAIN" Rain Barrels: $45 
 
This event will be held rain or shine at: 
320 Bayfield Street (Bayfield Mall) 
and 
Barrie Molson Centre, 555 Bayview Drive

The odour from these items may attract pests!
Service Details
HoursLandfill: Tue - Sat 9 am-4 pm * Barrie residents can purchase composters at the Landfill * the laneway to the landfill site can accommodate up to an hours worth of traffic * due to high volume of traffic on Tuesdays and Saturdays, it is recommended that you arrive at the landfill site prior to 3 pm to ensure entry 
DatesYear round * Landfill closed on statutory holidays which include Good Friday, Canada Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and after noon on December 24 and December 31
