DescriptionHome Horizon helps families rebuild their lives and create a more stable future by providing them with comfortable transitional homes for up to one year  
* provide Strong Women's Mentor Program Workshops on an on going basis (open to the public)  
* provide help for victims of domestic violence  
* provide life skills counselling weekly  
* help for young Moms  
* help with education/job search, court issues

EligibilityAbused or single homeless women, young mothers and their families
ApplicationAll persons require to go through our intake procedure. We take referrals from women's shelters, CAS, ODSP. Ontario Works etc * Call for initial intake
