Description
Description (Service) Home Horizon helps families rebuild their lives and create a more stable future by providing them with comfortable transitional homes for up to one year and personal counselling 
 
* provide Strong Women's Mentor Program Workshops on an on going basis (open to the public)  
* provide help for victims of domestic violence  
* provide weekly life skills counselling, assisting to become self-sufficient 
* help for young Moms  
* help with education/job search, court issues

Eligibility Women, youth, children, individuals and families
Application All persons are required to go through intake procedure. Referrals from women's shelters, CAS, ODSP. Ontario Works etc * Call for initial intake
