| Description | The Legion's membership is comprised of war veterans, and other members. The Branch provides support to many community organizations, including the local Special Olympics. The Branch has limited discretionary funding. First priority is given to veterans and their dependants. Some funding for items such as medical equipment may be possible for other individuals. Funds are given directly to the business that supplies the service or equipment, on behalf of the person who is receiving it. | |||
