| Description | Lakeland Long Term Care Residence is a 110 bed long-term care Home, with private and shared accommodation. The Residence has a 21 bed reminiscing area for those with moderate or severe cognitive dysfunction. The building is situated over the lower two western floors of the West Parry Sound Health Centre, and is fully accessible. Nursing and medical care are available 24 hours a day. Services include dining room (with special and therapeutic diets available), spa area, living room, family room, art centre, chapel, and other amenities. A variety of social, recreational, and therapeutic programs are offered. Tours are available by appointment. |
