Description
Description (Service) Day program for adults with a developmental disability to promote community participation. Activities include: employment supports, volunteer support, recreation, leisure and life skills. Program offers: 
 
* Facilitating Youth Involvement (FYI) - for youth ages 13-21 who have a developmental delay - programs include Mon-Fri after school program with a range of recreation, leisure and educational activities, summer day camp and March break 
* supports for youth and young adults with developmental disabilities  
* working closely with schools and families, planning and time limited supports for youth in transition  
* development of independent living skills, employment preparation and supports, community access is available for young adults who have left school
