Description (Service) | COVID-19 LIBRARY CLOSED - NO WARMING CENTRE AVAILABLE The Stroud Library & ideaLAB is part of a four-branch system with locations in Stroud, Alcona, Churchill (temporarily closed) and Cookstown The Library is open to the public at limited capacity operating under a Browse, Borrow & Go model which means:

Extreme Cold Warming Centre On days when the temperature dips to -15° Celsius or below and/or a weather advisory is released, the library will be available as a warming centre during regular operating hours |
