Description
Description (Service) Exchange Works program is available to prevent the spread of HIV and hepatitis B and C that may occur through sharing or improper disposal of needles, crack smoking equipment and other drug paraphernalia by providing a reliable and accessible supply of sterile injecting and smoking equipment that will assist in reducing the risk of blood borne infections * service is anonymous * clients are encouraged to place their used needles in containers and return them to the CONTACT office * clients can drop off their used needles in any closed container, such as a coffee tin * personal disposal containers are available upon request

* Sharps containers  
* Longs - thicker needles  
* Shorts - thinner needles 
* Regular needles 
* Safe inhalation kits 
* Kits for hormone injections 
* Kits for steroids
