Description (Service)

Housing Services provide assistance and resources to access programs for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness

one-on-one supports are provided to individuals who are chronically homeless to obtain and retain permanent housing or under immediate threat of eviction

Please note: This service is not for individuals and families who desire to relocate/move in the future if they are not in threat of eviction.

The housing team can help you:

identify eligible programs and supports including programs that offer
- rent/mortgage assistance
- rent deposits and rent supplements
- subsidized housing applications
- utility assistance
provide education and guidance on
- how to prepare for a rental viewing
- facilitate landlord-tenant dispute resolution
- referrals to other support services, as appropriate.
