| Fees | None - No Membership fee for residents of Essa (including Base Borden) as well as residents of Adjala-Tosorontio. Reciprocal borrowing available for the following municipalities with proof of library membership: Springwater, Clearview, New Tecumseth, Innisfil, Penetanguishene, Ramara, Severn Township, Tay Township and Wasaga Beach. Residents of other municipalities: $50 per year. Do not have to provide home library card to obtain a membership at EPL in New Tecumseth or Innisfil. |
