* Volunteer Opportunities with ongoing training  
* Use of the facility's equipment (computers/phone/fax/photocopier)  
The Warm Line and Peer Crisis Support Service - a non-crisis telephone peer support line for individuals or family members * answered by psychiatric consumer/survivors * provides informal support and resource information in the Central LHIN
