|Description (Service)||Ministry funded community participation and accommodation supports for individuals with an intellectual disability who are deemed eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario.
* 24-hour staffing in group living to individualized supports in the community
* respite accommodations and day program supports based on availability are offered on a fee for service basis for youth and adults
* residential and supported independent living services
* youth after school and school break programs
* employment supports
* community participation programs

Adults must be eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario for Ministry funded programs.
Youth and Preschool programs are available for those individuals accepted through intake.
Adult programs funded by MCSS are accessed through the Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) at 1-855-277-2121
Programs based on a fee for service or youth programs for those under 18 are directly accessed through CLASS
