Regular Service Provides recreational, social, educational and active living programs that promote a healthy lifestyle providing opportunities to develop new skills, meet new people and to be physically, socially and mentally active * membership includes all regular activities at both centres (Allandale and Parkview 55+ Centres), daily drop in rate also available Activities include: * Bingo * Bridge * Carpet Bowling * Darts * Euchre * Holiday activities * Shuffleboard * Walking Club (Spring, Summer, Fall) * Social time * Texas Hold'em (Thursday evenings) * Wandering PALS Travel Club * Workshops * VON SMART fitness programs * Registered 55+ Recreation programs offered through the centre * Volunteer opportunities are available * Soup & Sandwich * BBQ Lunches (June/July/August only) * Book Sharing Library * PALS Newsletter and monthly calendar |
