Group program running 3-5 days per week offering assessment, stabilization, community referral and follow-up for individuals with a diagnosis of serious mental illness

• groups are offered in-person 
• groups offered include CBT, Self Esteem, Health and Wellness, Codependency, Anxiety and Mood, Communication, Concurrent Disorders, Mindfulness, and DBT Skills (DBT group is only offered virtually)
• length of program varies from four to twelve weeks
• individual counselling
• family/social supportive counselling
• brief transitional case management for those transitioning from the hospital to the community

• Youth, Young Adults, Adults
• must have a diagnosis of serious mental illness

Physician Referral Required (or Nurse Practitioner) - from inpatient unit, psychiatrists, Crisis Intervention Services and Emergency Department
