| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response * all patient care is being provided through the Prince William Clinic and Bell Farm location * all other Family Community Medicine locations are closed To request a telephone physician assessment: call 705-722-1199 Regular Service • Walk-in medical clinic • doctors assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries • routine services such as allergy shots and physical examinations may not be included • prescription renewals may be filled for people without a family doctor • no prescription renewals for narcotics • free medications for sexually transmitted infections (STI) available • website will post TB/Immunization clinic dates held at this location |
