Programs to assist parents-to-be in preparation for the birth of their child and early months with their newborn

  • participants learn about labour and birth, breastfeeding, and infant care
  • offers the 4th Trimester Series, for new moms and their babies and a variety of programs for parents, babies and toddlers, see website for full details

    • Registered Massage Therapy (perinatal massage, general wellness)
    • Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
    • Lactation Support with an IBCLC
    • Car Seat installation and education with our in-house CPST
    • Boutique store and online Babyshop offering essentials for pregnancy, birth, babies and parenting, as well as gently used maternity wear and nursing
    • Hospital grade breast pump rentals
