Description (Service) Approximately 300 member club offering courses for adults and children 
 
Summer Activities 
* canoe, kayak, stand up paddle boards, flat water and moving water courses, trips and hiking outings * Monday and Wednesday Paddle Nights (for members only) * Discover Clinics held occasionally, check website for schedule * may have flat water canoes, sea kayaks and white water kayaks, stand up paddle boards, paddles for each of the above, and life jackets available to special interest groups, call or email for information 
 
Winter programs 
* cross country skiing and other recreational activities such as snowshoeing
Service Details
Hours Sep-May: board meetings include guest speaker and are open to the public 2nd Mon of every month at 7 pm at Southshore Community Centre, check website to confirm * Jun-Sep: Monday and Wednesday Paddle Nights (for members only) from 6:30 pm to dusk, weather permitting * Discover Clinics from 6:30 pm to dusk, weather permitting, check website for next date, usually held on Wednesdays
