Description

Description (Service)

Promotes the sport of rowing for all through a variety of rowing programs, including

  • "Introduction to Rowing" courses for people who are new to the sport (May-August)
  • On-water rowing for youth and adults in competitive, recreational and touring fitness levels (rows every weekday morning starting at 5:30 am and 7am, weekend rows at 7am and evening rows on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm)
  • indoor off-season training (September-May)
  • indoor rowing camps consist of six one-hour sessions (September-May)
  • Refresher/development rowing courses
  • "Youth Rowing" (ages 12-18) summer programs, 2 week program of coached morning sessions, runs 4x in the summer
