Description (Service) COVID-19 Update
  • Site access is limited for in-person services
  • Support clients through virtual-first service delivery mode, where services are provided virtually if possible and in-person services are provided when clinically necessary following all COVID-19 safety protocols
Regular Service
Offer programs and services to support children and youth with disabilities and other developmental needs and their families who require long-term support from birth to their 19th birthday (or up until high school graduation)
  • works with partner organizations in health, education, recreation, social and community sectors to provide care - at home, in publicly funded schools and throughout the community
  • Programs and Services include:

    • Coordinated Service Planning
    • Diagnostic and Medical Consultation Services
    • Feeding
    • Ontario Autism Program Intake
    • Occupational Therapy
    • Physiotherapy

    • Recreation and Leisure Services
    • Seating and Mobility Specialty Services
    • Spasticity Management
    • Service Navigation
    • lead for the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Diagnostic Hub in Central region
    • provides the intake for Applied Behavioural Analysis(ABA) initiative for children and youth with Autism
    • registered ADP vendor for Communication Aids
