Description (Service)	COVID19 Update Land registration services, including self-service options, are only accessible online visit ONLAND application for information on completing your transactions Regular Service Registers, stores and manages documents such as transfers/deeds, charges/mortgages and registered plans records are available to the public to search title or obtain information about the ownership of real property Title searches can also be done online at onland.ca Access to records is by brief legal description (i.e. lot number, plan, concession), municipal address or name of registered owners the land records are in automated format a fee is charged for this service provides local incorporation services under the Business Corporations Act (incorporated company registration)
