Description (Service) Helps maintain and enhance the City of Barrie’s downtown core * strives to make it a vibrant, friendly, safe and exciting community for residents, visitors, businesses and business owners * operated by an elected Board of Management * monthly passes for City of Barrie parking lots can be purchased at this office, CASH ONLY 
 
During the month of December 2020, all ON-STREET metered parking in the downtown area will be free for a 2 hour period of time as well as in the Chase MacEachern parking lot * all off-street lots continue to be paid parking during this period
