Description (Service) COVID-19 Response
Volunteer Resource Centre is not accepting any magazine or book donations at this time

Regular Service
Auxiliary has approximately 850 members
  • prime focus is fundraising in support of patient care at RVH
  • owns and operates Café Royale, Victoria’s Gift Shop, OLG Lotto Booth, and the RVH Auxiliary Community 50/50 Draw
  • operates the Provincial Hospital Equipment Lottery program
  • rents vendor sales space in the Food Court (currently paused for Covid)
  • organizes a variety of community/volunteer fundraising events/activities including Tag Days, RVH Auxiliary Bazaar, Battle of the BBQ's, Annual Bingo Night, and Santa Shuffle
  • Volunteer Resource Centre accepts donations of magazines up to one year old to place in waiting room areas
    • drop box located in Volunteer Resources Centre - Room 1G660
    • drop-off also available at public entrances to the Health Centre
