Regular Service Community-based services that offers intensive support, rehabilitation and treatment focusing on the individual's personal recovery goals Team is composed of a multidisciplinary group of professionals that include: * a psychiatrist * a social worker * a peer specialist * an addictions specialist * a recreational therapist * an aboriginal liaison specialist * an occupational therapist * case managers * registered nurses Services offered include: * the capacity to offer multiple daily contacts * individualized treatment/counseling and goal planning * clinical psychiatric treatment * multidisciplinary therapeutic support * rehabilitation and treatment * crisis prevention, intervention and management * assistance coping with daily living * support in employment/vocational and recreational activities * advocacy, health promotion and teaching * facilitate referrals to other community resources * coordination of support * provide safe beds program |
