Description (Service)

Provides medical laboratory services including:

blood work
sample collection for DNA testing
drugs of abuse collection and testing
In-home and nursing home visits for bloodwork
offers COVID-19 testing required for Travel, Workplaces, Ontario Schools as well as COVID-19 Antibody Testing at some locations, see COVID-19 Testing solutions for details

This location participates in Serving Customers with Autism program

Hours	Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm CLOSURE at 2:30 pm on the second Wed of every month for employee training

Application	Referral: medical Service: walk-in and appointments, book online at Book Appointment In-home service: requires medical referral, call 705-728-2075 and then fax referral to 705-728-4609 Attention - Home Care to arrange for in-home service
