  • benefits may also be available to their dependent children

    • Under 65yrs
    • severe and prolonged disability
    • contributed to the CPP for the required number of years
    • dependent children of contributor 0-18yrs, Youth 18-25yrs who are full-time students

      • do not delay in sending completed application forms
