Description (Service) Canadian Armed Forces Army Reserve Unit - part time, weekends * army is the land component of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve * 5 main categories of the army: armoured, artillery, infantry, field engineers, and combat/service support * Reserve Unit performs duties such as assisting in fighting floods or forest fires, searching for lost people, medical emergencies, UN tours, and participating in parades
