Description

Description (Service) Community based support to individuals and their families who are living with the ongoing effects of an acquired brain injury (ABI)
  • rehabilitation services are based on each person's specific needs as identified by the individual and their support network
  • program components are delivered through one on one support or group activities and may include:
    • Brain Injury Education
    • Family Support and Education
    • Cognitive Rehabilitation
    • Community Integration
    • Resource and Referral service
Accredited by Accreditation Canada and a member of the North Simcoe Muskoka Acquired Brain Injury Collaborative (NSMABIC) and the Provincial Acquired Brain Injury Network (PABIN)
