| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response * Volunteer Program not currently operating, Volunteer Applications which will be processed when office reopens * CMHA Simcoe County Branch has closed all offices to in-person services for clients, families and the public * all services are available virtually by secure email, voice, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) or text * Assertive Community Treatment Teams and Early Psychosis Intervention programs are continuing as usual If you require immediate mental health assistance, please call: Mental Health Crisis Line: 705-728-5044 or 1-888-893-8333 Telecare: 705-726-7922 Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868 to chat Regular Service Recruit, train and place volunteers within all programs of the Canadian Mental Health Association Simcoe County Branch including: * Annual Events/Episodic Volunteer Projects * December - Christmas Gift Campaign: Volunteers needed for Gift Wrapping on designated dates in last 2 weeks of November * June- Volunteer opportunities for annual Golf Tournament * All Year: Volunteer opportunities at various Fund Raising Events during the year |
