Description (Service) Breastfeeding Support Groups are for all parents living in Simcoe County or the District of Muskoka
  • weekly in-person or online sessions, at the location and time that is best for mother and baby
  • free groups provide parents a place to talk, share experiences and encourage each other during their breastfeeding experience, nuturing parent-to-parent support
  • Public health nurses offer support and answer questions about feeding baby, baby care, infant sleep, developmental stages, and parenting

Online Breastfeeding Group: Online Breastfeeding Group: Mon 1:30 pm-2:30 pm (except for Statutory Holidays) and Wed 10:30 am-11:30 am
