Description (Service) Support group for suicide attempt survivors * group meetings allow members to discuss challenges and successes they face following their suicide attempt and to share and learn strategies for survival and ways to relieve the pain that may have led to their attempt * meets weekly for 20 weeks * breaks during the Holidays 
Skills for Safer Living is partnership with the Simcoe County Suicide Awareness Council offered by Crisis Services, Canadian Mental Health Association, Simcoe County Branch and the Barrie and Community Family Health Team
