Description (Service) Eight week program that offers people of all ages and disabilities a chance to experience skiing and snowboarding 
Offered with the help of volunteer instructors at Horseshoe Resort, Heights of Horseshoe and Snow Valley

Hours Hours of program vary, but volunteers should be available from 9 am-4 pm
Dates One day per weekend per week Jan-Feb

Eligibility Ages: 14 year(s) and up 
Volunteers: 14 and up 
Participants: No restrictions
Application Student Application forms can be printed from website and mailed 
  • medical history required, Physician's permission may be required 
  • individual assessments are necessary to determine suitability for program 
  • registration begins in September at individual participating locations 
  • all programs are 100% volunteer based, number of trained volunteers will determine the number of available student spots each season with priority given to returning students
