Virtual or in-person outreach counselling for youth

• appointment required
• in-person sessions can be held at a mutually agreed upon public place in the community
• Services include:
  • guidance and support with housing
  • Mental health support
  • employment/job search
  • education
  • goal planning
  • emotions management
  • self harm
  • life skills development
  • referrals to additional supports
  • Outreach services including care package

• Youth 16-24
  
• do not have to be involved with Youth Haven
  
• can work with youth under 16 (dependent on situation/needs) with parental/guardian involvement or permission
