Description (Service)

Recreational, fitness and non-physical programs for all ages including:

family activity programs
preschool programs
adult fitness programs
prenatal and postnatal fitness
orientations to fitness
Senior Wellness programs,
children's summer day camps
educational courses such as Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR and babysitting service for users
Youth Leadership programs for members only
Facilities include a conditioning room/wellness centre, leisure and a lap pool, full sized gymnasium, group fitness and group cycling rooms and more
birthday party program on Saturdays and Sundays
participates in International Peace Week held in November annually
YMCA at Home is a virtual YMCA connecting people to at-home workouts, children's programs and physical activity, and personal wellness resources
