Community-based cancer rehabilitation program offered at the YMCA in partnership with the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Program at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre

• Program is for individuals who are at any stage of their cancer journey, from diagnosis to surgery to palliative care, our team can help individuals get or remain active in a safe and healthy way
• Restore physical function for day-to-day tasks
• Support social and psychological well-being
• Improve your health and quality of life
• Program is offered at the Innisfil YMCA at the cost of a membership, a secondary membership is provided at no cost for the duration of the program for a caregiver or partner

• Persons with cancer who have finished active treatment
