Provides a supportive environment where members share their work, offer insights into the work of others, and enhance knowledge to improve their writing skills

concentrates on writing fiction, nonfiction and poetry as well as how to market work
perform readings and offer critique of work in progress
offer monthly workshops
recommend contests, books and other opportunities to learn, network and market work
produce an Anthology of members' work

Meetings held at Barrie Public Library, downtown branch, 2nd and 4th Mondays 6:30 pm-8:30 pm

meet in person or vityually on Skype - email marilyn-lamb@hotmail.com in advance to join virtually
2nd week of the month meetings will offer critique of work. Non-members must register to be critiqued. Drop ins welcome and can be critiqued only if time allows
4th week of the month various topics will be discussed
