| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response * CMHA Simcoe County Branch has closed all offices to in-person services for clients, families and the public * all services are available virtually by secure email, voice, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) or text * Assertive Community Treatment Teams and Early Psychosis Intervention programs are continuing as usual If you require immediate mental health assistance, please call: Mental Health Crisis Line (Mon-Sun 24 hours): 705-728-5044 or 1-888-893-8333 Telecare: 705-726-7922 Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868 to chat Regular Service Addiction counselling for youth between the ages of 12 to 24 residing in Barrie * using a harm reduction approach, support is offered regarding moderation, abstinence, alternative coping, family dynamics, peer interactions, and connecting to community resources * include individual support, groups and outreach in high schools across Simcoe County * support is also offered to those who are impacted by someone else's use |
