Seasons Centre offers a variety of facilitated peer support groups for children 5 - 24 years of age & their caregivers. Programs are offered inperson and virtually. The following is also offered:

• 1:1 grief support for children and teens
• School program that includes grief groups, grief education in the classroom, teacher consultation
• Critical Incident Stress Information Sessions
• Community outreach opportunities include practicums for students requiring post secondary school placements to fulfill their academic curriculum requirements
• Summer Programs
• Grief Bereavement Education
• Community Presentations

Outreach Presentations
Presentations done by request include sorting through feelings, coping strategies, skills/resource development, and how to offer peer support
