Description (Service) Free counselling for youth 12-24 years of age who are experiencing mental health challenges * counsellors use a brief solution focused approach, assisting youth to identify stressors, understand their emotions and establish positive coping strategies that can be implemented into their daily lives * service includes up to a one hour of personalized one-to-one counselling and assistance with community resources and/or referrals

Hours Second and fourth Wed of the month, 3 pm-6 pm

Do not have to be involved with the criminal justice system to access this service * family members and/or friends of person receiving counselling may attend counselling session where appropriate
