• Programs promote healthy relationships, reduce isolation and increase access to health, social services and other community supports
• "Older and Bolder" is an in-person social and support group with monthly meetings held in Barrie and Orillia
• "Walk and Talk" is held monthly in Orillia providing an opportunity to get active and be social with community members, allies and all ages are welcome
