Description (Service)

Virtual or in-person outreach counselling for youth

appointment required
in-person sessions can be held at a mutually agreed upon public place in the community
Services include:
- guidance and support with housing
- employment/job search
- education
- goal planning
- emotions management
- self harm
- life skills development
- referrals to additional supports

Hours	Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm, hours may vary call to confirm
Areas Served	Simcoe County
Eligibility	Youth 16-24 do not have to be involved with Youth Haven can work with youth under 16 (dependent on situation/needs) with parental/guardian involvement or permission
