Description (Service)

Supports and resources to help parents raise healthy children:

Circle of Security Parent Group

  • for parents with children 4 months-6 yrs
  • helps parents build a stronger, happier relationship with their child and develop a secure attachment
  • helps parents understand why children misbehave the way they do and increase reflective and empathetic responses to their child's distress or behaviour

Triple P Child (Positive Parenting Program) Group

  • for parents with children up to 12 years
  • guidance and support in managing common parenting challenges
  • helps parents develop strategies to manage misbehaviour, set rules and routine and encourage positive behaviour and self-care

Triple P Teen (Positive Parenting Program) Group

  • for parents with children 12-16 years
  • peer support for parents in similar situations with similar concerns
  • offers tips and suggestions to suit the needs of the family

Triple P Family Transitions Group

  • for parents who are going through separation or divorce
  • provides support in resolving conflicts in their relationships which may be impacting their children
  • Separating parents must attend separate groups
