| Description (Service) | Innovative dance programming focused on individuals facing mobility challenges of any sort * currently two virtual programs offered weekly through the Art Your Service subscription service: Gentle Moves and Mildly Spicy Senior Salsa Art Your Service offers live, personal and interactive sessions to seniors in order to help them thrive - especially in these difficult times * also offer the same services to retirement, long-term care and other senior centres * includes daily fitness and creative classes like Chair Yoga, Gentle Movements, Painting Classes, Nature Talks, Music Therapy, Song and Dance Socials and Trivia * fresh content every week to keep individuals interested and engaged * daily reminders and class descriptions will be sent and recordings will be made available after each session |
