| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response All Catulpa services and programs remain ongoing, although some activities have been adapted and are being provided virtually as a result of COVID-19 and related health and safety precautions. | Eligibility | Ages: 18 year(s) and under Children and Youth with FASD |
| Application | Parents and professionals may call a services navigator at the Children’s Treatment Network ACCESS: 1-866-377-0286 for more information about coordination services under the program. Individuals who are involved with a service agency but do not yet have a diagnosis of FASD, assessment can be arranged by speaking with their existing service provider. Individuals who are not involved with a service agency should speak with a doctor, community health nurse or community health centre to ask about the FASD assessment process. |
