Description (Service) COVID-19 Response Due to COVID-19 situation, the following changes have been made:
  • Catulpa CSS employees will work remotely from locations outside of regular office sites
  • Face-to-face meetings are curtailed and will be completed by telephone or virtual meeting
  • Some CAPC programs are running virtually, contact your local Site Coordinator as listed below and someone from the team will return your call

Regular Service
Family support service providing funding for temporary relief from the physical and emotional demands involved in caring for an adult child over the age of eighteen who has a disability.

Role of Catulpa Community Support Services:
  • identification and coordination of natural support systems that may already be in place (parent to parent, family and friends)
  • information about local respite care providers, resources and options
Once funding is approved, families can contact a DSP (Direct Support Provider) directly by email or phone to provide supports on a fee-per-service basis. Respite service providers are self-employed and are not pre-screened by Catulpa Community Support Services

Available to families residing in Orillia, Midland, Collingwood, Alliston, and surrounding areas.
