Description (Service) COVID-19 Response
Due to COVID-19 situation, the following changes have been made:
  • Catulpa CSS employees will work remotely from locations outside of regular office sites
  • Face-to-face meetings are curtailed and will be completed by telephone or virtual meeting
As of May 2020, all CAPC, Next Step and MotherCare programs and services are being provided virtually. If you are interested in joining a program, read the Simcoe County CAPC - Remote Welcome, Program Expectations, Consent Letters to learn more about eligibility, the information that is required and privacy. The APSW Adult Social Group has been momentarily paused as a result of COVID-19.

Catulpa Community Support Services remains open and all other services and programs remain in effect in a modified manner.

Regular Service
Free weekly program that promotes and supports a healthy start for kids in Simcoe County in a friendly and supportive drop-in environment. Supports healthy families by providing nutrition, health, parenting and child development information and resources for women with children up to 36 months old. Nutritious food and free grocery cards are provided to eligible program participants.

Eligibility Simcoe County mothers with low income or who receive social assistance and who have children up to 36 months of age.
