Home support, rehabilitative therapies and other specialized services in the home, school, and workplace to maximize independence while providing the necessary health and social support to clients and their families, services include:

Home Support

• personal care (bathing/getting dressed)
• meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping
• caregiver relief

Falls Prevention

• provide physiotherapy to increase or maintain mobility and strength
• provide occupational therapy to increase understanding of individual fall risk factors and intervention priorities
• nurses available to help manage medical conditions that can increase risk of fall (such as diabetes and proper foot care)
• provide access to authorized Assistive Device Providers
• member of the Simcoe Muskoka Integrated Fall Strategy (SMIFS)
