Regular Service
Provides medical laboratory services including:

blood work
sample collection for DNA testing
drugs of abuse collection and testing
Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Holter Monitoring testing
In-home and nursing home visits for bloodwork
offers COVID-19 testing required for Travel, Workplaces, Ontario Schools as well as COVID-19 Antibody Testing at some locations, see COVID-19 Testing solutions for details

This location participates in "Serving Customers with Autism" program

Hours	Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm CLOSURE at 12 noon on the fourth Wed of every month for employee training

Eligibility	No restrictions Health Card required
Application	Referral: medical Service: appointment required, book online at Book Appointment In-home service: requires medical referral, call 705-728-2075 and then fax referral to 705-728-4609 "Attention - Home Care" to arrange for in-home service

Fees	None - paid by OHIP * some exceptions apply (fee for in-home service is $60 per visit)
