Description (Service) Fierté Simcoe Pride (FSP) is a volunteer group aiming to unite people in Pride across the County
  • as an organization, FSP continues a long tradition of LGBT organizing in Simcoe while working with other organizations, groups, and partners to build community and celebrate the diversity of gender and sexual identities within Simcoe County
  • host monthly socials as well as special events throughout the year and during pride season; including a Pride Festival
  • promote and work towards achieving safe and inclusive communities within Simcoe County that support and unite people of all genders, sexes and sexual identities
  • Objectives are to:
    • act as a representative voice on issues relating to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristics
    • provide ongoing programs that promote diversity, equity
    • produce regular and signature events that celebrate the diversity of gender and sexual identities, promoting safe communities within Simcoe County
