| Description (Service) | Provides a network of support for individuals and families with special or unique needs. Provide case management, advocate for integration opportunities for individuals, and provide respite services when needed. Educate the community about the needs and strengths of persons with developmental disabilities, and work in collaboration with all community, government and service agencies in County of Simcoe, Region of York, the Four Counties and Durham Region Programs offered include:
