Description (Service) Assists individuals in search for viable and sustainable options post-release in areas proven to be pivotal in determining successful re-integration including:
  • criminal history
  • legal issues
  • immigration
  • education
  • employment
  • financial
  • material
  • identification
  • clothing
  • property
  • family
  • accommodation
  • leisure
  • companions
  • alcohol and drug use
  • emotional, behavioural, and attitudinal outlooks

Institutional services are provided to the following institutions in the Simcoe/Muskoka area - Beaver Creek (Federal), and Central North Correctional Centre (Provincial)

Volunteers with this program are trained, supervised and monitored by the John Howard Society staff
