Description (Service)

Recreational, fitness and non-physical programs for all ages including:

Senior Wellness programs
family swim programs
preschool programs
orientations to fitness
adult and youth fitness classes
educational courses such as Lifesaving, First Aid, and CPR
Youth Leadership programs
Facilities include a conditioning room/wellness centre, lap pool, two full sized gymnasiums, indoor track, group fitness and group cycling rooms
Participates in International Peace Week held in November annually
YMCA at Home is a virtual YMCA connecting people to at-home workouts, children's programs and physical activity, and personal wellness resources

Public Comments	When Environment Canada issues an extreme heat advisory this YMCA location is air conditioned and offers the use of their swimming pool and showers free of charge.
